Great little place. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t greatest , but overall good place to stay
The staff at the Travelodge Amherst were absolutely wonderful! They now have a lovely continental breakfast that is like having a full breakfast the only that was missing was the bacon.
Great place to stay on our way to Cape Breton Island. Very friendly staff... awesome breakfast... Great pool.. rooms were dated but clean
This was the perfect place to stop on the way home to Fredericton on the motorcycles. Rooms are dated, but we're clean. One of the rooms, friends of ours, stayed in smelt of cigarette smoke. Service was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Great staff and wonderful atmosphere. Fully equipped huge swimming pool. Had a great band playing in the Scotia Room while we were there. Shades of Time. Would recommend for any travel any time of the year. Amherst is a lovely town to visit, and there's plentu to do in the area for any travel plans.
Best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. Front desk clerk (Abby I believe) was so friendly and down-to-earth. Requested a couple of chairs for our room and she provided them within minutes. Rooms were clean and well-kept. Chilly night but the heat worked great and warmed the room quickly. The long-distance view from our room in the back was ideal for watching a lightning storm! Odd comment, I know, but very cool! We had a great stay with no complaints.
